I think I'm in the wrong tier in the Rewards Program.

All purchases made while you are logged in to your Solo Stove Account will automatically be connected to your Firestarters Rewards. You can see new orders immediately in your account, but points from new orders will not be applied until the order ships completely.

Within 48 hours of your last shipping confirmation, those points and graduation to a new tier when applicable will be visible in your account.
