My fire pit isn't getting a secondary burn.
Our 360 airflow design makes it easier than ever to get a super-hot smokeless flame, here are a few tips for getting the highly-coveted 'Secondary Burn.'
(1) Start small with dry kindling and slowly work your way up to tinder, and finally split or chunk wood.
(2) Use the best firewood, which is a super dry hardwood. Look for ‘kiln-dried’ or ‘seasoned’ Oak, Hickory, Maple, or Birch.
(3) Portion control! Add enough wood to satisfy your Solo’s hunger, but be careful not to overfill.
Logs should be just below the upper vent holes to maintain the best airflow.
